Andy Sennitt

Mr Sennitt brings over thirty
years of experience in international broadcasting to
ClandestineRadio.com, where he serves as the site's
strategic adviser.
In 1998 Mr Sennitt began working
as an Interactive Producer for Radio Netherlands, where
he developed dossiers on media markets in Kosovo, Afghanistan,
Angola and Iraq, and provided online media analysis
for the Radio Netherlands Media Network Web site. His
insight on the media in Iraq led to numerous revelations
on military strategy during Operation Iraqi Freedom
in 2003.
Mr Sennitt worked for The
World Radio and Television Handbook, the annual
"bible" of international broadcasting, between
1978 and 1997, and became editor in 1987. His tenure
with the renowned publication provided him with first-hand
knowledge of the broadcasting structures in over 150
countries.
Between 1974 and 1978 he was
stationed in Caversham, U.K., as a radio monitor for
the BBC Monitoring, which analyzes domestic and international
radio and television broadcasts across the globe.
Mr Sennitt graduated from Lancaster
University with a degree in Russian and Soviet Studies
and has been featured in widely in the international
press, including The Wall Street Journal, RAI
Italia. He currently resides in the Netherlands.
