Intel: Western Sahara (de facto)
National Radio of the Arab-Saharan Democratic Republic

Also known as:
Organization
Polisario Front, backed by Algeria against Morocco for control of W. Sahara. This station represents the Western Sharan exile government.
Location
Believed to originate from either Algeria or Bir Lehlu, Morocco.

Bir Lehlu is the capital of Western Sahara and is controlled by the insurgents. Locations in Algeria include Algiers (from an old 50kW transmitter) or Tindouf, which is home to Saharan refugee camps.

No noticable delay is noticed between the MW and SW frequencies, leading monitors to believe that the broadcasts originate from one facility.

Has used these SW frequencies in the past: 11520, 11320, 11800, 11610, and reported on 2006-10-03 as now transmitting on 7425 Khz.
